Job Description:

Customer Service Representative - CLM Division

The National division is looking for an energetic, confident Customer Service Representative for our Capitol Light Maintenance (CLM) department.  This is an exciting service offered to our existing National Retail Accounts, providing a link with local contractors to service their lighting maintenance needs.

Responsible for fulfilling repair requests for existing customers, a CSR will: 
  • Recruit subcontractors and assign jobs
  • Negotiate service contracts
  • Expedite incoming customer repair orders
  • Prepare purchase orders and invoices

Requirements:

Qualified CSR’s have: 
  • Excellent customer service & follow-up skills
  • Possess strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Experience with all Microsoft applications
