Account Administrator - Rexel Capitol Light

Job Description:

We are currently seeking dynamic Account Administrators to join our fast growing team in Hartford, CT. This position is responsible for assisting Account Managers in managing multiple simultaneous lighting projects for newly constructed stores. As an Account Administrator you will:
 
  • Review blueprints to determine product counts for each store
  • Develop product count summaries for each store
  • Compile product specification information for each store
  • Expedite deliveries to construction sites
  • Assist Account Managers in resolving customer issues

Requirements:

Qualified candidates are:
  • Detail-oriented, organized and responsive
  • Independent, self-motivated workers
  • Capable of multitasking in a fast paced, high-volume environment
Additional requirements include: 
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience reading blueprints is a plus
